Important: Converting from China to Global may wipe all data and can void warranty. Using wrong files or options can permanently damage the device. Proceed only if you understand EDL flashing—or contact us for remote handling.
Requirements
- Windows PC + stable USB cable + internet connection
- Qualcomm USB Drivers installed
- UnlockTool or QPST / QFIL (Qualcomm Flash)
- Downloaded package (link above) + password after payment
- Bootloader unlock may be required for certain variants/features
Convert using UnlockTool
- Power off the phone. Enter EDL (9008): hold Vol+ + Vol− while plugging USB, or use test points if needed.
- Open UnlockTool → choose brand/model: Redmagic / NX789J (or closest profile).
- Extract the ZIP (you’ll be asked for the password after purchase).
- Load the Global package in UnlockTool and press Start.
- Wait for completion → reboot. First boot can take several minutes.
Convert using Qualcomm QFIL (QPST)
- Open QFIL → pick Flat Build.
- Select the prog_firehose_*.mbn from the package.
- Load rawprogram.xml & patch.xml.
- Ensure the port shows Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008.
- Click Download and wait until it finishes → device boots Global ROM.
Post-conversion tips
- Complete initial setup and sign in to Google.
- Check Updates (OTA behavior may vary by build/region).
- If you need root (Magisk/KernelSU), contact us before applying.
